As a visitor or a customer of the Otherside London website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions of use. Please be sure to read this carefully before making a purchase. You are bound to these Terms & Conditions once you have agreed to make a purchase.


You must be 18 to purchase goods from this site. Before you complete your purchase you must check the box stating that you have read these Terms and Conditions and our legal Disclaimer. We do everything we can to prevent purchases being made by under-age customers, however we cannot be held liable for those who breach this contract.


All goods on our website are described as accurately as possible. Occasionally, there may be inaccuracies or typographical errors. Otherside London reserves the right to correct, amend or improve any information on this site. We also reserve the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any goods or range of goods. In the rare event that a product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for some other reason, we will contact you and suggest an alternative product or a refund. If you wish, you may opt to wait until the product becomes available and we will dispatch it as soon as possible. Goods are covered by the warranties of the manufacturers. Otherside London cannot guarantee negative drug test results for any goods containing cannabinoids due to their nature. All goods contain <1mg or <0.2% THC and are lab-tested for quality, but cannot be guaranteed to produce a negative result on a less accurate test.

All goods are sold for legal uses only.


All prices on Otherside London are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT (20% at the time of writing).

Otherside London reserves the right to change any prices displayed on the site without prior notice. Otherside London reserves the right to cancel an order if goods have been displayed with the incorrect price due to typographical error, or for any other reason.


Otherside London accepts BACS transfer but you must speak with us first via the number below. We have the right to refuse orders that are made in the this way. We prefer orders to be made via the online checkout system in place on the our website. Payment is taken before goods are dispatched. This is the fastest method of payment and delivery of goods can be expected soon after.

Pick Up will only be processed once payment has been received. You must show your confirmation email in order to collect your goods. Orders are ready within 2 hours, however certain items or orders may take longer. You will be notified once your order is ready for Pick Up. If for any reason the products you have ordered are unavailable 


Deliveries will only be made once payment has been received. Delivery times can be seen when you choose your shipping option in the Checkout. All deliveries are subject to courier service (see below). If you have not received your tracking details please email: info@othersidelondon.com

Gophr - Orders must be made before 4:30pm to qualify. Delivery charge is dependant on location and time window. Available 7 days a week Monday-Sunday.

Royal Mail - Free delivery on orders over £50. Orders made after 2pm will be processed the following day. Orders made after 2pm Friday will be processed on Monday. 24hr* and 48hr* Tracked Delivery are dependant on strike action and any disruptions to Royal Mail services. If your goods are taking longer than expected, contact Royal Mail with your tracking details and notify us.

If your order is delayed or Royal Mail have lost your item, we may ask you to wait 30 days before receiving a refund or replacement. During this time Royal Mail will complete their investigation. Royal Mail endeavour to complete all investigations within 5-10 working days but may take up to 30 days. If you are unsure on the status or whereabouts of your order, please contact us:



All cost for returns are at the customer’s expense. This will be reimbursed if products are found to be faulty and returned within the time specified.

We ask you to check all deliveries for signs of damage before you sign for them. If you can see that they are damaged, do not sign for them and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your order to be re-dispatched.

If you discover that goods are faulty after you have signed for them, please notify us by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving them. You must quote your Order Number and product descriptions and state your reason for return. Please then return goods in their original packaging. Pending our inspection and verification that goods are faulty, we will contact you to offer a full refund, replacement or exchange. All glass products are inspected before sale and delivery. If your product has broken in transit, this must be reported to us and documented before the item is used.

For Food + Health safety compliance we are unable to accept returns of CBD and food products unless there is a clear manufacturing fault. If you wish to return non-food or non-CBD goods that are not faulty, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. You must notify us by email or telephone, quoting your Order Number and product descriptions and state your reason for return. Goods must be in their original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition.

For electronic goods and accessories we are unable to accept returns unless there is a clear manufacturing fault. If you discover a fault within the first month, contact us and we will contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer yourself to arrange returns/refunds. We cannot accept damaged or used devices for resale. Please contact the manufacturer. All warranties and guarantees are not satisfactory guarantees, pertaining only to faulty devices unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. All warranties and guarantees are fulfilled by the manufacturer, not by Otherside.  

NB – We suggest that you use registered post to send your goods back to us to ensure that they arrive safely.


Otherside London reserves the right to amend any details of our Terms & Conditions when necessary and without prior notice. Nothing in this document affects your statutory rights as a consumer.


By accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to fully indemnify Otherside London and its affiliates from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, expenses or costs made by any third party due to or arising from the use or the misuse of this site or due to your breach of these terms or due to your breach of any rights of a third party.

Otherside London cannot be held responsible for any international orders being confiscated by customs or returned to us. If they are returned, we can usually arrange credit for the customer. If they are confiscated, we cannot offer any compensation.

While Otherside London makes every effort to keep up to date with international laws relating to its products, new products and new laws continually arise and it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to know what they can or can’t import.
