Sea Moss is nutrient-rich and contains vitamins and minerals including iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin K and omega-3 fatty acids blended with alkaline water.

Our Sea Moss is availbe in either it's dry form or as a gel.

Dry Sea Moss

Dry Sea Moss needs to be made into a gel to be consumed. In its dry form it lasts much longer than in its gel form and means you can make as much or as little as you want.

To make a gel the dry sea moss needs to be washed with salt water and soaked in water for 8-24 hours. Once it's been soaked, drain out all of the water and rinse it again. If done correctly you will see the Sea Moss has expanded in size and become translucent. You will then need to blend the Sea Moss with distilled water and blend until it thickens. Make sure to store the Gel Sea Moss in a glass jar and in the fridge.

Gel Sea Moss

The gel can be used in many different ways. It can be eaten straight of the spoon or mixed into smoothies porridges and soups. Add 1 to 2 tablepoons to whichever method you prefer.

Sea Moss Gel needs to be kept refrigerated and lasts for up to 3 weeks (please see best before date on lid).
